PUBLIC NOTICE Rezoning | RZ-09-20-7465 General Development Plan | GDP-09-20-7464 “Blue Springs Logistics Center” West of Tyer Road, approx. 275-ft. north of NE Jefferson Street Parcel # 36-600-04-02-00-0-00-000 Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission of the City of Blue Springs on Monday, September 28, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. in the Howard L. Brown Public Safety Building located at 1100 SW Smith Street, Blue Springs, MO. The purpose of this meeting is to hear interested parties and citizens on a request by the applicant, Hunter Harris representing Blue Springs 70 Logistics LLC, on behalf of the property owner, Tyer Road Forty Acres LLC, to approve a rezoning from “LI/ADP-O” (Light Industrial/Adams Dairy Parkway Overlay) to “LI” (Light Industrial) with a General Development Plan for an approximately 592,800-sf. industrial building on 39.92 +/- acres. The subject property is located west of Tyer Road and approximately 275-ft. north of NE Jefferson Street.
