Brown Public Safety Facility at 1100 SW Smith for the purpose of hearing interested parties and citizens on a request by the applicant, Chelsea Grey, Hollis+Miller, on behalf of the property owner, Blue Springs R-IV School District, for a 998-sf. building addition, renovation and parking lot expansion for James Walker Elementary School located at 201 NE Sunnyside School Road.
