PUBLIC NOTICE Conditional Use Permit | CUP-09-23-8898 PS Property Services, LLC 315 NW 10th Street Parcel # 35-710-10-01-00-0-00-000 Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission of the City of Blue Springs on Monday, November 13, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Howard L. Brown Public Safety Facility at 1100 SW Smith Street for the purpose of hearing interested parties and citizens on a request by the applicant, Matthew Pickett, PS Property Services, LLC. Mr. Pickett has applied for a Conditional Use Permit with Alternative Development Standards to operate a Building or Construction Contractor business at 315 NW 10th Street. The property is zoned “GB” General Business, which a Conditional Use Permit is required for the contractor land-use.
