PUBLIC NOTICE Rezoning | RZ-10-23-8935 Planned Development Concept Plan | PDC-10-23-8936 “The Crossings at Adams Dairy” Southwest corner of NE Duncan Road and NE Adams Dairy Parkway Parcel # 36-500-01-21-02-0-00-000; 36-500-01-21-01-0-00-000; & 36-500-01-16-01-0-00-000 Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission of the City of Blue Springs on Monday, December 11, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chamber of the Howard L. Brown Public Safety Facility at 1100 SW Smith Street for the purpose of hearing interested parties and citizens on a request by the applicant, Bryan Rahn, Bridgewood Plaza II, LLC, on behalf of the property owner, Bridgewood Plaza II, LLC, to rezone property from “SO/ADP-O” (Service Office/Adams Dairy Parkway Overlay) to “PD – MU/ADP-O” (Planned Development – Mixed-Use/Adams Dairy Parkway Overlay). The applicant is also requesting approval of a Planned Development (PD) Concept Plan to allow for ten (10) apartment buildings containing approximately 360 units and a clubhouse on the north side of the site. The south side of the site is proposed to include two (2) retail buildings. The apartment buildings vary in height from 3-story along Adams Dairy Parkway to 4-story on the western side of the site. The subject property is located at the southwest corner of NE Duncan Road and NE Adams Dairy Parkway and includes three (3) parcels covering 27.77 +/- acres.
