PUBLIC NOTICE Site Plan Design Review with Alternative Development Standards | SPDR-01-24-9034 “Timothy Lutheran Church” 301 SW Wyatt Road Parcel # 41-940-98-06-00-0-00-000 Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission of the City of Blue Springs on Monday, March 11, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Howard L. Brown Public Safety Facility at 1100 SW Smith Street for the purpose of hearing interested parties and citizens on a request by the applicant, Louis Wilbers on behalf of the property owner, Timonthy Lutheran Church, for the approval of a Site Plan Design Review with Alternative Development Standards to construct an approximately 4,800-sf. building for storage use at 301 East Wyatt Road.
