NOTICE OF MEETING Public notice is hereby given that a meeting of the City Council of the City of Blue Springs, Missouri, will be held at the Council Chambers at the Howard L. Brown Public Safety Building, 1100 SW Smith Street, Blue Springs, Missouri, on April 15, 2024, at 6:00 P.M., to consider and act upon the matters on the following tentative agenda and such other matters as may be presented at the meeting and determined to be appropriate for discussion at that time. 1. A public hearing regarding the establishment of the Colonial Gardens Community Improvement District. 2. An Ordinance approving the Petition for Establishment of the Colonial Gardens Community Improvement District, establishing the District, and making findings and authorizing actions related to the establishment of the District. 3.
