Brown Public Safety Facility at 1100 SW Smith Street for the purpose of hearing interested parties and citizens on a request by the applicant, Robert Vaccaro, BHC, on behalf of the property owner, for approval of a Conditional Use Permit for a Utility, Major land use consisting of a 360 sq. ft. Small Industrial/Workshop building on a lot containing 1.96 +/- acres located a 2201 NW South Outer Road.
