Bluffdale Youth Council Meeting Agenda Thursday Oct. 3rd, 2019 Current YC Committee Mayor: Kennedy Tucker Mayor Pro-tem: Cameron Tucker Recorder: Alyssa Brown *Elections for new mayor, co-mayor, and recorder will be done at the next meeting in November. Meeting Plan: Meeting first Thursday of each month 6 Month Plan - Dates will hopefully be finalized at the next meeting October 28- Help with annual Bluffdale Haunted House November Meeting- Elections No activity plan due to holiday unless decided next meeting December ?- Bluffdale Youth Night for all teens to come have fun, and hopefully invite more youth to join the YC January ?- Service Project Making teddy bears or blankets as donations to charities February ?- We were wanting to hold a dance/party for the youth to come have fun, and also as another invitation/reminder to join YC March ?- Service Project at Bluffdale Park Park Cleanup or planting trees around Bluffdale Park April ?- Help with the Lions Club Easter Egg Hunt or plant flowers at Bluffdale Park memorial site
