NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Bluffdale Planning Commission and Bluffdale City Council on Wednesday, October 2, 2019 and Wednesday, October 9, 2019, respectively, at the Bluffdale City Hall, 2222 West 14400 South, Bluffdale, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public comment on the following application: • Application 2019-43 - Request to amend Chapter 11-11K: SD-C Gateway Hospitality of the City’s Land Use Ordinances to allow the incorporation of multi-family housing, allow for unlimited building height, and to adjust the location of illuminated signage along with other related administrative updates. The subject ordinance governs approximately 6.78 acres located at 383 West 14600 South. Point at South Mountain LLC, Applicant. Caitlyn Miller, staff presenter. The hearing before the Bluffdale Planning Commission is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible and the hearing before the Bluffdale City Council is scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible.
