City of Bluffdale – Small Concrete Projects Section 00 22 00 – Advertisement For Bids 2019 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Owner: CITY OF BLUFFDALE Address: 2222 WEST 14400 SOUTH BLUFFDALE, UT 84065 Separate sealed Bids for Small Concrete Projects will be received by Bluffdale City Corporation at the City of Bluffdale, City Hall Building, 2222 West 14400 South, Bluffdale, Utah 84065, until 3:00 pm (MDT), October 17, 2019, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS are available on SciQuest, project No. COB20001G. Procure a copy of the plans on SciQuest. All updates, including addendums and answer to inquiries will be made on SciQuest. The Contractor is responsible for getting all the updates on SciQuest before bidding the project. The principal scope of work is approximately as follows: General services contract for small concrete projects as needed throughout the City. The projects include: replacement of curb and gutter, ADA ramp and sidewalk installation or repair, storm drainage boxes and incidental repairs (including landscaping) related to the concrete projects. The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, consisting of Advertisement for Bids, Contract Award, Information Required of Bidders, Scope of Work, Bid, Bid Schedule, Measurement and Payment, General Contract Requirements, Supplemental General Conditions, Specifications, Drawings, and Addenda, may be examined at the following locations: CITY OF BLUFFDALE, CITY HALL BUILDING, 2222 WEST 14400 SOUTH, BLUFFDALE, UTAH 84065 All BIDDERS are required to have payment and performance bonds underwritten by a Surety Company approved by the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
