Youth Council July Meeting 19 July 2022 / 5:00 PM / COMMUNITY ROOM Agenda Upcoming Events ❖ July 21-28: Clean the Chuck Wagon; This can be done in the day/evening ❖ July 29-30: Concessions for Rodeo. This is like a ‘training night’. Youth who are planning on helping in the Chuck Wagon on August 13th should plan on volunteering at the Rodeo. This night is not a fundraiser for Youth Council. ❖ August 6: Build the float at Jarman residence; 2373 W Statehood Drive ❖ August 10: Youth Challenge Night @ 7:00 pm ❖ August 12: Monster Truck Show and set up Chuck Wagon ❖ August 13: Old West Days; Youth council in the Chuck Wagon Concessions ❖ Parents and 16+ youth: There are shift openings for “Chiefs”. These slots are for you! We need at least one adult in these time slots ❖ We need at least one person per shift with a food handlers permit, but it isn’t required of everyone.
