NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE BLUFFDALE CITY The BLUFFDALE CITY is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. - The BLUFFDALE CITY tax on a $691,000 residence would increase from $441.24 to $577.30, which is $136.06 per year. - The BLUFFDALE CITY tax on a $691,000 business would increase from $802.25 to $1049.63, which is $247.38 per year. - If the proposed budget is approved, BLUFFDALE CITY would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 30.79% above last year’s property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth. All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
