NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held before the Bluffdale Planning Commission on Wednesday, August 17, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible at the Bluffdale City Hall, 2222 West 14400 South, Bluffdale, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public comment on a proposal by LH Perry Investments LLC , to amend the zoning text and development agreement for The Centrum at Bluffdale Special District (SD), BCC 11.110.130, which is located at the SW Corner of 14600 South and Porter Rockwell Boulevard, to modify the number of apartment units from 236 to 252 and to clarify the use of architectural concrete within the project. The hearing is scheduled in connection with regularly scheduled meeting of the Bluffdale City Planning Commission and City Council.
