CITY OF BLUFFDALE NOTICE OF SOLICITATION STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS Project No. COB23002BLSQ The City of Bluffdale is seeking a STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS from contractors that would like to pre-qualify to submit bids for the construction of the Bluffdale Public Works Building Complex. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The scope of work for the Bluffdale Public Works Building Complex is anticipated to include leveling and grading the area (approximately 7.5 acres), removing any existing obstacles and buildings; installing all needed utilities as shown on the plans, placing the storm drain and water system, curb, gutter and sidewalk and all other site improvements as shown on the plans; erecting the new public works building with all the required parts and features; placing all other ancillary structures and improvements as shown on the plans, including the landscaping, bulk material storage, salt shed, vactor cleanout and drying pad, etc. for a fully functioning public works complex and building. No pre-submittal information meeting will be held. Only Contractors who are pre-qualified by the City of Bluffdale will be allowed to submit bids for the project. STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS is due to the City of Bluffdale on or before 2:00 pm local time Thursday, September 8, 2022. All updates, including addendums and answers to inquiries will only be made on U3P. The Contractor is responsible for getting all updates on U3P. All questions must be asked and will only be answered on U3P.
