We are working through a process to identify what our community needs and wants us to focus on in the future. We want to voice concerns and create initiatives to improve health concerns for those who live, work, play or pray within Bluffdale. INTRO FOR Need community members including youth representation. NEW PARTICIPANTS Seeking 5 sector representation: currently have Fire, health, resident, school, and business sectors. Other sectors may include religion, youth sector, local government, education. Timeline to complete is currently through December but we will submit proposal for extension through June 2024.  Frank is unable to continue serving as the meeting facilitator for coalitions lite for the rest of 2023. o Discussed methods to fill the position. Hiring? Current member? UPDATE TO ROLES AND o It was voted that Brighton Wilson would assume facilitator role LEADERSHIP  Proposed that funds from the coalition grant would be used to compensate her at $600 per month with option to split among two members any point ‐ Frank will be back paid for May 2023-Aug 2023 at the same rate Page 1 of 3  Healthy Bluffdale Coalition Fire Station #2 September 21,2023 .  Present board voted Melissa and Keeley to board membership. o Bruce will take Brighton, Keeley and Melissa to the next council meeting to have them officiated as board members of the coalition.
