1. Set expecta ons for the mee ng
2. Review our progress on the strategic planning process

5. Iden fy the contribu ng “why” factors for our issues
6. Wrap up and next steps

WORKGROUP PARTICIPANT PREPARATION
1. Be prepared to (verbally) share your completed Data Summary Tools in the mee ng
2. Complete other assigned tasks and be prepared to report on outcome/status

Adjust childcare costs to $1,000
Add $4,000 to marketing
Add $1000 to personnel and benefits
Monthly facilitator reimbursement increase
MISC from $600 to $1000 per month starting in September.

Vote on different form of communication rather than Slack:

We will skip the December meeting
