Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Bluffdale City Council on Wednesday, March 22, 2017, at the Bluffdale Fire Station, 14350 South 2200 West, Bluffdale, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public comment on the following application: • Preliminary and Final Subdivision for Cobalt Village Plat A including 15 townhome units including common areas and associated streets located at approximately 15450 Noell Nelson Drive within the Independence Master Planned Community, 4 Independence LLC, applicant. • Preliminary and Final Subdivision for Cobalt Village Plat B including 16 townhome units including common areas and associated streets located at approximately 15450 Noell Nelson Drive within the Independence Master Planned Community, 4 Independence LLC, applicant. The hearing is scheduled in connection with a regularly scheduled meeting of the Bluffdale City Council, which will begin at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible.
