Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the City of Bluffdale Planning Commission on Wednesday, April 5 , 2017, at the Bluffdale City Hall, 2222 West 14400 South, Bluffdale, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public comment on the following application:  Site Plan Application for Cobalt Village for 246 residential townhome units including associated streets and common areas located at approximately 15450 South Noell Nelson Drive and Heritage crest Way, 4 Independence, LLC, applicants. The hearing is scheduled in connection with a regularly scheduled meeting of the City of Bluffdale Planning Commission, which will begin at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible .
