NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the City Council on Wednesday, April 12 , 2017, at the Bluffdale City Hall, 2222 West 14400 South, Bluffdale, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public comment on the following application:  Amend the Land Use Element of the General Plan from Neighborhood Commercial to Commercial and the Zoning Map from R-1-10 Residential to GC-1 General Commercial for approximately 1.662 acres, more or less, located at approximately 13944-13962 S Redwood Road, Maverik, Inc., Applicant. The hearing is scheduled in connection with a regularly scheduled meeting of the City Council which will begin at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible . If you cannot attend, please feel free to provide comments in writing.
