Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held before the Planning Commission on Wednesday July 5, 2017, and City Council on Wednesday, July 12, 2017, at the Bluffdale City Hall, 2222 West 14400 South, Bluffdale, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public comment on the following application: • Amend the Land Use Element of the General Plan from Very Low Density Residential (VLDR) to Low Density Residential (LDR) and the Zoning Map from R-1-43(CRO) Residential to R-1-10(IO) Residential for approximately 19.1 acres, more or less, located at approximately 14073 S Loumis Pkwy, Nielsen Family and Church and Kingdom of God, Applicants. The hearings are scheduled in connection with regularly scheduled meetings of the Planning Commission which will begin at 7:00 p.m. and the City Council which will begin at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible.
