REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS INDEPENDENCE WELL TEMPORARY EQUIPPING PROJECT CITY OF BLUFFDALE The City of Bluffdale hereby requests proposals from qualified firms to furnish all labor, equipment and materials required to complete the Independence Well Temporary Equipping Project; to provide water from the Independence Well to the City’s Independence area pressurized irrigation system for the remainder of the 2017 irrigation season Proposals must be received by July 7, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. (MST) at the office of the City Recorder, 2222 West 14400 South, Bluffdale, Utah 84065.
