Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Board of Adjustments on Tuesday July 18, 2017, at the Bluffdale City Hall, 2222 West 14400 South, Bluffdale, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public comment on the following application: • Application for a variance to allow a storage facility’s freestanding sign to be built to seventy feet (70’) in height instead of the maximum of fifty feet (50’) in height listed in Bluffdale City Code 11-22-11(A), located at approximately 15200 S Pony Express Road, 4 Independence, LLC, Applicant. The hearing is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible. If you cannot attend, please feel free to provide comments in writing.
