Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held before the Planning Commission on Wednesday July 19, 2017, and City Council on Wednesday, July 26, 2017, at the Bluffdale City Hall, 2222 West 14400 South, Bluffdale, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public comment on the following application: • Amend the Zoning Map from Agricultural (A-5) to R-1-43 Residential for approximately 5.51 acres, more or less, located at approximately 16884 South 1400 West, Danny Fitzgerald, Applicant. The hearings are scheduled in connection with regularly scheduled meetings of the Planning Commission which will begin at 7:00 p.m. and the City Council which will begin at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible.
