NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE City of Bluffdale The City of Bluffdale is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. - The City of Bluffdale tax on a $400,000 residence would increase from $262.02 to $385.22, which is $123.20 per year. - The City of Bluffdale tax on a $400,000 business would increase from $476.40 to $700.40, which is $224.00 per year. - If the proposed budget is approved, City of Bluffdale would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 47.03% above last year’s property tax budgeted revenue excluding new growth. All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
