Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held before the Planning Commission on Wednesday August 23, 2017, and City Council on Tuesday August 29, 2017, at the Bluffdale City Hall, 2222 West 14400 South, Bluffdale, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public comment on the following application: • Amend the Zoning Map from R-1-10 Residential to Heavy Commercial (HC) for approximately 0.77 acres, more or less, located at approximately 14528 South Camp Williams Road, Carmon Development, Applicant. The hearing before the Planning Commission is scheduled in connection with regularly scheduled meetings of the Planning Commission which will begin at 7:00 p.m. The hearing with the City Council is scheduled in connection with a specially scheduled City Council meeting which will begin at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible.
