City of Bluffdale – Independence Well House Project Section 00 22 00 – Advertisement For Bids 2018 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Owner: CITY OF BLUFFDALE Address: 2222 West 14400 South Bluffdale, UT 84065 The City of Bluffdale is seeking Bids from qualified bidders to construct the Independence Well House, located in Bluffdale, Utah. Separate sealed Bids for the Construction of the Independence Well House Project will be received by Bluffdale City Corporation at the City of Bluffdale, City Hall Building, 2222 West 14400 South, Bluffdale, Utah 84065, until 1:00pm MST, February 15, 2018, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS are available on SciQuest at http://bids.sciquest.com/apps/Router/PublicEvent?CustomerOrg=StateOfUtah Project No. COB18001WS-A Procure a copy of the plans on SciQuest. All updates, including addendums and answers to inquiries will be made on SciQuest. The Contractor is responsible for getting all the updates on SciQuest before bidding the project. The principal items of work are approximately as follows: Construct the Independence Well House and connect to the City’s Independence area pressurized irrigation system. The project consists of construction of a block building, electrical, installation of pump and motor, well house valving and piping, site improvements and site piping. The project is to be completed by: June 31, 2018 Substantially complete by May 1, 2018 Substantially complete is defined as the well house is operational including electrical, controls, and HVAC systems and excludes aesthetic items such as finish grading, concrete flatwork, shutters, and painting.
