NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that Public Hearings will be held before the Bluffdale City Planning Commission on Wednesday, February 21, 2018, which will begin at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible and before the Bluffdale City Council on Wednesday, February 28, 2018, which will begin at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible at the Bluffdale City Hall, 2222 West 14400 South, Bluffdale, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public comment on proposed amendments to Title 9: “Buildings and Construction,” Title 10: “Comprehensive Plan,” Chapter 11-9B: “GC-1General Commercial Zone,” Chapter 11-15: “Site Plans,” and Chapter 11-16: “Supplementary Provisions” regarding adoption of building and construction codes and standards, the revision of Title 10 to refer to the General Plan adopted in 2014, the addition of design standards for site plan applications, and the removal of redundant design standards located in Chapter 11-16, along with other related administrative items. The hearings are scheduled in connection with regularly scheduled meetings of the Bluffdale City Planning Commission and City Council. If you are unable to attend the meetings in person yet still want to provide your comments you may do so via mail or email.
