NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that Public Hearings will be held before the Bluffdale City Planning Commission on Wednesday, June 6, 2018, which will begin at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible and before the Bluffdale City Council on Wednesday, June 13, 2018, which will begin at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible at the Bluffdale City Hall, 2222 West 14400 South, Bluffdale, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public comment on proposed amendments to Title 11 Chapter 2: “Definitions” to propose a new definition for “commissary,” “mobile food vendor,” and “snow shack/shave ice stand” and to Title 11 Chapter 18: “Temporary Uses” to allow snow shacks/shave ice stands as a temporary use along with other related administrative items. The hearings are scheduled in connection with regularly scheduled meetings of the Bluffdale City Planning Commission and City Council. If you are unable to attend the meetings in person yet still want to provide your comments you may do so via mail or email.
