City of Bluffdale – Zone 1W –Tank Transmission Main Section 00 22 00 – Advertisement for Bids 2020 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Owner: CITY OF BLUFFDALE Address: 2222 West 14400 South BLUFFDALE, UT 84065 Separate sealed Bids for the Zone 1W –Tank Transmission Main bid will be received by Bluffdale City Corporation at the City of Bluffdale, City Hall Building, 2222 West 14400 South, Bluffdale, Utah 84065, until 2:00 pm MST, Thursday, January 23, 2020, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS are available on SciQuest, project No. COB20002WS. Procure a copy of the plans on SciQuest. All updates, including addendums and answers to inquiries will be made on SciQuest. The Contractor is responsible for getting all updates on SciQuest before bidding the project. All questions must be asked and will only be answered on SciQuest. The principal items of work are approximately as follows: Construction of approximately 4600 LF of 24-inch water pipe, 2000 LF of 16-inch water pipe, 2800 LF of 12-inch pressurized irrigation pipe, 4000 LF 8-inch pressurized irrigation pipe including a 36-inch jack and bore. This pipeline works will include installation of valves, bends, tees, air vacuum valves, water and PI services. This project also includes 2000 LF of 24-inch storm drain, with curb inlets and manholes. Additionally, this project includes repaving of approximately 2 miles of roadway. MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING will be on Thursday, January 16, 2020 at 10:00 am MST at the City of Bluffdale City Hall building in the Community room on the main level.
