THE CITY OF BLUFFDALE, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO PREPARE AN IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN AND TO PREPARE AN IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS FOR PARKS & RECREATION, STORM DRAINAGE, WATER, PUBLIC SAFETY, AND TRANSPORTATION CITY OF BLUFFDALE, SALT LAKE AND UTAH COUNTY, UTAH The City of Bluffdale, a municipal corporation of the State of Utah, located in Salt Lake and Utah County, intends to prepare impact fee facilities plans and to contract to prepare impact fee analysis for the following facilities: parks and recreation, storm drainage, water, public safety, and transportation. Pursuant to the requirements of Utah Code Ann. 11-36a-501 and 11-36a-503, notice is hereby given of the City of Bluffdale’s intent to prepare or amend such impact fee facilities plans and contract to prepare impact fee analysis. The geographical area where the proposed impact fee facilities will be located is the entire city limits. You are hereby invited to provide information for the City of Bluffdale to consider in the process of preparing, adopting and implementing or amending the referenced impact fee facilities plans and impact fee analysis.
