Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Bluffdale City Planning Commission on Wednesday, November 4, 2020 which will begin at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible and before the Bluffdale City Council on Wednesday, November 18, 2020 which will begin at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible at the Bluffdale City Hall, 2222 West 14400 South, Bluffdale, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public comment on a proposed Zoning Map Amendment Application for 2.05 acres from I-1 Light Industrial to Heavy Commercial located at approximately 955 West 14730 South, Sean Shah, Applicant. The hearing is scheduled in connection with regularly scheduled meetings of the Bluffdale City Planning Commission and City Council. If you are unable to attend the meetings in person yet still want to provide your comments you may do so via mail or email.
