Notice is hereby given that an electronic public hearing will be held before the Bluffdale City Planning Commission on Wednesday, December 2, 2020 which will begin at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible and before the Bluffdale City Council on Wednesday, December 9, 2020 which will begin at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible for the purpose of receiving public comment on the following Land Use Application: Applicant(s): Matthew Roller Application #: 2020-58 Application Name: Zoning Map Amendment Location: Approximately 14462 S Camp Williams Rd. Request: To amend the Zoning Map from R-1-10 Residential to General Commercial. The hearings are scheduled in connection with regularly scheduled electronic meetings of the Bluffdale City Planning Commission and City Council.
