REQUEST FOR BIDS ROAD MAINTENANCE PROJECTS THROUGHOUT THE CITY CITY OF BLUFFDALE Project No. COB22004RD The City of Bluffdale hereby requests bids from qualified firms to furnish all labor, equipment and materials required to complete Road Maintenance Projects Throughout the City. This is a one year contract renewable up to a maximum of five years. Bid includes all resources and incidentals to complete pavement maintenance projects as required and requested throughout the City. This may include crack sealing, slurry seal, rotomill, pulverizing and asphalt overlays at various locations throughout the City. A copy of the Request for Bids can be obtained from the U3P website at http://bids.sciquest.com/apps/Router/PublicEvent?CustomerOrg=StateOfUtah, Project No. COB22004RD All updates, including addendums and answers to inquiries will be made on U3P. All questions must be asked through the U3P site. The Contractor is responsible for getting all the updates on U3P before bidding the project. All BIDDERS are required to have payment and performance bonds underwritten by a Surety Company approved by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. (Circular 570, latest edition).
