The Historic Landmark Commission may not discuss any presented issue, nor may any action be taken on any issue at this time. (Attorney General opinion – JC-0169) No comments were received. 4. CONSENT AGENDA: All items listed below within the Consent Agenda are considered routine by the Historic Landmark Commission and may be enacted with one motion. Main St. Discussion ensued regarding design details of the covered deck. Mr. Sam McGee, the applicant, and Mr. Jeff Morris, the contractor, spoke to the Commission's questions concerning some of the details. The Commission suggested that it would be best for the applicant to return with design details that were more specific. Hosack St. The sign will be 12" x 76", and will include three colors and two fonts. Commissioner Boerner questioned if the sign would have the same background color and border color as the existing complex signs. Mr. John Leininger, the applicant, expressed his willingness to change the background color and to add a border of the same color. Main St. The walls will be painted white (Aria Flat), and the trim and remaining details will be painted dark gray (Graphic Charcoal). The intent is to match the façade of Manner Salon. Mr. Paul Holekamp, the applicant, explained that the intention is to paint the entire building. The intent is to match the remainder of the complex to the façade of Manner Salon. Chairman Adam wanted to clarify that this would not include the old smoke house. Mr. Holekamp, the applicant, said that was correct.
