Introduce an Ordinance to create and enact the Barksdale Boulevard Redevelopment District and Barksdale South Neighborhood Redevelopment District as well as establish the Barksdale Redevelopment District Committee. Introduce an Ordinance authorizing Mayor Lorenz Walker to execute the attached lease with (CADA) for the use of 5 acres of land necessary for the operation of Hooter Park and appropriating $15,000.00 from General Fund, Fund Balance for the payment of said lease.
