The Recreation Department has the largest increase but they also have a larger increase in the
revenue. The budget this year is a flat budget overall. There currently is no money for wage
increases due to the cut in our LOST revenue from the County; however we are still looking for
adjustments in the budget to be able to fund the wage increases.
There was also a question about this year’s millage rate calculation. Mr. Bullock informed
Council that we were in process of determining what the rate would be this year, and that we
would send out information so that it can be discussed in the work session on Tuesday (July5).
