SPECIAL MEETING of the BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS CITY OF BOWLING GREEN, KENTUCKY February 12, 2004, 3:00 p.m. I, Mayor Sandy Jones of the City of Bowling Green, Kentucky, pursuant to KRS 83A.150(4), do hereby call a special meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Bowling Green, Kentucky beginning at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 12, 2004 in the Commission Chamber at Bowling Green City Hall, 1001 College Street, for the following: CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL CITY MANAGER COMMENTS 1. Ordinance No. BG2004 – 3 ORDINANCE APPROVING INTERLOCAL (Second Reading) COOPERATION AGREEMENT Ordinance approving and authorizing the Mayor to execute an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with Warren County Regional Jail related to the installation and maintenance of a Dynamic Imaging (PictureLink) System to be installed at the Jail 2. Ordinance No. BG2004 – 4 ORDINANCE RELATING TO BUDGET AMENDMENT (Second Reading) Ordinance approving Amendment Number Two to the City of Bowling Green, Kentucky Annual Operating Budget for Fiscal Year 2004 3. Ordinance No. BG2004 – 5 ORDINANCE RELATING TO CLASSIFICATION/PAY (Second Reading) SCHEDULE Ordinance revising the Classification/Pay Schedule for Classified Employees of the City of Bowling Green, Kentucky for Fiscal Year 2004 4. Municipal Order No. 2004 – 38 Municipal Order authorizing a professional services contract with Harper, Ferguson & Davis, a Division of Ogden, Newell & Welch PLLC, as bond counsel for the issuance of General Obligation Bonds for various public projects (Filed 02/03/2004, 9:30 a.m.) 5.
