Ordinance annexing 12.28 acres of right-of-way located on the
I-65 to U.S. 31-W Connector Road from Mizpah Road to U.S.
31-W, presently owned by the Commonwealth of Kentucky
Transportation Cabinet with said territory being contiguous to
existing City limits
18. Ordinance No. BG2019 – 15 ORDINANCE ANNEXING RIGHT-OF-WAY BY
(Second Reading) CONSENT
Ordinance annexing 0.56 acre of right-of-way located on the I-
65 and U.S. 31-W Connector Road along U.S. 68-80, presently
owned by the Commonwealth of Kentucky Transportation
Cabinet with said territory being contiguous to existing City

19. Ordinance No. BG2019 – 16 ORDINANCE ANNEXING RIGHT-OF-WAY BY

Ordinance annexing 20.51 acres of right-of-way located on
Veterans Memorial Lane and Morgantown Road, presently

Cabinet with said territory being contiguous to existing City

20. Ordinance No. BG2019 – 17 ORDINANCE AMENDING CODE OF ORDINANCES
(Second Reading) Ordinance amending Chapter 2 (Administration) of the City of
Bowling Green Code of Ordinances to amend Subchapter 2-2
(Board of Commissioners) related to action by the Board of
Commissioners as recommended by the Board of Ethics
21. Ordinance No. BG2019 – 18 ORDINANCE AMENDING CODE OF ORDINANCES
(Second Reading) Ordinance amending Chapter 25 (Code of Ethics) of the City
of Bowling Green Code of Ordinances to amend subchapters
related to definitions, nepotism and financial disclosure as
recommended by the Board of Ethics

22. Ordinance No. BG2019 – 12 ORDINANCE AMENDING CODE OF ORDINANCES
(Second Reading) Ordinance amending Chapters 2 (Administration), 14
(Housing) and 17 (Personnel Policies) of the City of Bowling
Green Code of Ordinances to add language prohibiting
discrimination in housing accommodations and employment on
the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity, prohibiting
discrimination in public accommodations on the basis of
disability, race, religion, national origin, sex, color, sexual
orientation and gender identity, and providing for certain
exceptions and exclusions to such prohibitions, including an
exception for burdening freedom of religion
