Municipal Order No. 2021 – 196 Municipal Order approving the Career Path Advancement of Ryan Denbow to the position of Operations Technician II in the Public Works Department 3. Municipal Order No. 2021 – 197 Municipal Order approving the promotion of Mitchell Saltsman to the position of Parks Facility Maintainer II in the Parks and Recreation Department 4. Municipal Order No. 2021 – 198 Municipal Order approving the probationary appointment of Maurice Morrison to the position of Office Associate in the Public Works Department 5. Municipal Order No. 2021 – 202 Municipal Order authorizing the submission of an application for Kentucky Community Development Block Grant Coronavirus housing funding to the Kentucky Department for Local Government in an amount up to $1,000,000 9. Municipal Order No. 2021 – 203 Municipal Order approving the Fiscal Year 2022 sidewalk project locations, including design and survey and authorizing the City Law Department to negotiate the purchase of properties necessary for these projects, and further authorizing appropriate City Officials to execute deeds, easements and other documents related to land purchases necessary for the projects 10. Ordinance No. BG2021 – 42 ORDINANCE GRANTING FRANCHISE RELATED TO (Second Reading – Binding) TELECOMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM Ordinance granting a non-exclusive telecommunications (or related non-cable) franchise to Open Fiber Kentucky Company, LLC, a foreign limited liability company, for the use of rights-of-way for the operation and maintenance of a telecommunications (or related non-cable) system within the City of Bowling Green, Kentucky and further authorizing the execution of a franchise agreement 11. Ordinance No. BG2021 – 43 ORDINANCE REZONING REAL ESTATE (Second Reading – Binding) Ordinance rezoning two tracts of land containing 1.6358 acres from LI (Light Industrial) to RM-4 (Multi-Family Residential) located at 0 Enterprise Court, presently owned by Wayne and Elva Overholt with MNM, LLC as the applicant 12. Ordinance No. BG2021 – 44 ORDINANCE REZONING REAL ESTATE (Second Reading – Binding) Ordinance rezoning a tract of land containing 20.45 acres from AG (Agriculture) and RM-3 (Townhouse/Multi-Family Residential) to LI (Light Industrial) located at 0 Kobe Way and a portion of 263 John D Jones Road, presently owned by Westen Apartments, LLC 2 (Agenda-November 16, 2021) 13. Ordinance No. BG2021 – 45 ORDINANCE RELATING TO BUDGET AMENDMENT (Second Reading – Binding) Ordinance approving Amendment Number One to the City of Bowling Green, Kentucky Annual Operating Budget for Fiscal Year 2022 WORK SESSION Discuss American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding.
