Municipal Order No. 2022 – 77 Municipal Order authorizing and accepting Bid #2022-39 for East 5th Avenue sidewalk improvements from Infinity Pipeline, Inc. of Bowling Green, Kentucky in the amount of $79,420 2. Municipal Order No. 2022 – 78 Municipal Order authorizing and accepting Bid #2022-41 for building storm damage repairs for Public Works Operations Division from C&C Contracting, LLC of Russellville, Kentucky in the amount of $360,931.26 3. Municipal Order No. 2022 – 79 Municipal Order authorizing the continuation of a contract with J & F Janitorial Services, Inc. of Somerset, Kentucky for professional cleaning services in the amount of $210,820 4. Municipal Order No. 2022 – 80 Municipal Order approving actions of the City Manager and accepting the emergency purchase to complete Fiscal Year 2022 overlay project related to striping from Reynolds Sealing & Striping, Inc. of Bowling Green, Kentucky in the amount of $61,155.20 (Agenda-May 3, 2022) 5. Ordinance No. BG2022 – 18 ORDINANCE REZONING REAL ESTATE (First Reading – Non-Binding) Ordinance rezoning a portion of a tract of land containing 0.04 acre from HB (Highway Business) to RM-4 (Multi-Family Residential) located at 0 Cooksey Lane, presently owned by The Hub at Lovers Lane, LLC 6. Ordinance No. BG2022 – 19 ORDINANCE REZONING REAL ESTATE (First Reading – Non-Binding) Ordinance rezoning a tract of land containing 4.03 acres from HB (Highway Business) to RM-4 (Multi-Family Residential) located at 0 Kenilwood Way, presently owned by Three Springs Hospitality, LLC 7. Municipal Order No. 2022 – 81 Municipal Order authorizing submission of an application and acceptance of Federal Emergency Management reimbursement funds related to the severe weather event on December 11, 2021, and further authorizing the Mayor to execute a Memorandum of Agreement with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Department of Military Affairs, Division of Emergency Management 8. Ordinance No. BG2022 – 20 ORDINANCE ANNEXING PROPERTY BY CONSENT (First Reading – Non-Binding) Ordinance annexing 1.1647 acres of property located at 1171 Freeport Road presently owned by the Inter-Modal Transportation Authority, Inc. with said territory being contiguous to existing City limits 9. Municipal Order No. 2022 – 82 Municipal Order approving and authorizing conveyance of property by the Inter-Modal Transportation Authority, Inc. to Envision AESC US LLC 10. Municipal Order No. 2022 – 83 Municipal Order approving and authorizing the Mayor to execute a Lease Agreement with Vette City Vintage, LLC related to the lease of a portion of City sidewalk in front of 939 College Street 11. Ordinance No. BG2022 – 15 ORDINANCE RENAMING STREET (Second Reading – Binding) Ordinance approving the renaming of a portion of Shive Lane to Ken Bale Boulevard 2 (Agenda-May 3, 2022) 12. Ordinance No. BG2022 – 16 ORDINANCE AMENDING CODE OF ORDINANCES (Second Reading – Binding) Ordinance amending Chapter 4 (Alcoholic Beverage Control) of the City of Bowling Green Code of Ordinances to create a new subchapter establishing an Entertainment Destination Center 13.
