Municipal Order No. 2022 – 159 Municipal Order approving the promotions of Nicole Hatchett and Melissa Wartak to the position of Police Sergeant in the Police Department 2. Municipal Order No. 2022 – 160 Municipal Order approving a contract through cooperative purchase with Atlantic Emergency Solutions, Inc. of Manassas, Virginia through the Cooperative Purchasing Contract with Houston-Galveston Area Council for the purchase of a fire engine in an amount not to exceed $968,080, and further expressing the intent of the City of Bowling Green to finance costs associated with the purchase 3. Municipal Order No. 2022 – 161 Municipal Order approving contracts through cooperative purchase and non-competitive negotiations with Best One Fleet Service of Bowling Green, Kentucky, BG Muffler of Bowling Green, Kentucky and Ziegler Tire & Supply Company of Massillion, Ohio under Kentucky State Pricing Contracts for the purchase of tires for the Public Works Department Fleet Division in the total amount not to exceed $130,000 (Agenda-August 2, 2022) 4. Municipal Order No. 2022 – 162 Municipal Order approving a contract through cooperative purchase with Iron Armour, LLC of Mogadore, Ohio under Kentucky State Pricing Contract for the purchase of Wavetronic radar detection equipment for the Public Works Department in an amount not to exceed $75,000 5. Municipal Order No. 2022 – 163 Municipal Order approving Cost of Living Adjustment and increase in annual lease payment related to lease agreement between the City of Bowling Green and the Bowling Green- Warren County Regional Airport 6. Ordinance No. BG2022 – 40 ORDINANCE REZONING REAL ESTATE (First Reading – Non-Binding) Ordinance rezoning tracts of land containing 20.00 acres from AG (Agriculture) to LI (Light Industrial) located at 0 Southwest Parkway and a portion of 5865 Russellville Road, presently owned by Westen Apartments, LLC 7. Ordinance No. BG2022 – 41 ORDINANCE AMENDING CODE OF ORDINANCES (First Reading – Non-Binding) Ordinance approving amendments to Chapter 27 (Property Code) of the City of Bowling Green Code of Ordinances 8. Ordinance No. BG2022 – 37 ORDINANCE AMENDING CODE OF ORDINANCES (Second Reading – Binding) Ordinance amending Chapter 15 (Business and General Regulations) of the City of Bowling Green Code of Ordinances related to towing fee limits in private parking lots 9. Ordinance No. BG2022 – 38 ORDINANCE REZONING REAL ESTATE (Second Reading – Binding) Ordinance rezoning two tracts of land containing 0.8204 acre from CB (Central Business) to RM-3 (Townhouse/Multi- Family Residential) located at 0 East 12th Avenue, presently owned by Barren River Capital, LLC 10.
