Michael Chambless and Hannah Whitson to the position of
Police Cadet II in the Police Department
2. Municipal Order No. 2023 – 40 Municipal Order approving the probationary appointment of
Kyle Williamson to the position of Electrical Inspector in the
Neighborhood and Community Services Department
3. Municipal Order No. 2023 – 41 Municipal Order approving the probationary appointment of
Tanner South to the position of Golf Professional in the Parks
and Recreation Department

Station 8 from Sunbelt Construction, Inc. of Bowling Green,
Kentucky in an amount not to exceed $4,160,000
8. Municipal Order No. 2023 – 45 Municipal Order expressing the desire and intent of the City of
Bowling Green to finance costs related to the construction and
reconstruction of two fire stations in an amount up to
$10,000,000
9. Municipal Order No. 2023 – 46 Municipal Order authorizing the submission of a grant
application for funding through the 2022 Staffing for Adequate
Fire and Emergency Response (SAFER) Grant from the U.S.
Department of Homeland Security in an amount up to
$4,876,380
10. Municipal Order No. 2023 – 47 Municipal Order authorizing the submission of a 2023 grant
application to the Kentucky 911 Services Board for emergency
communications recording equipment in an amount up to

17. Ordinance No. BG2023 – 3 ORDINANCE REZONING REAL ESTATE
(Second Reading – Binding) Ordinance rezoning a tract of land containing 0.166 acre from
RM-3 (Townhouse/Multi-Family Residential) to RM-4 (Multi-
Family Residential) located at 1301 Indianola Street presently
owned by Portales Rentals, LLC
