Municipal Order No. 2023 – 55 Municipal Order authorizing and accepting Bid #2023-45 for Police uniforms from CMS Uniforms & Equipment, Inc. of Nashville, Tennessee, Galls, LLC of Lexington, Kentucky and Nat’s Outdoor Sports of Bowling Green, Kentucky based on unit prices 3. Municipal Order No. 2023 – 56 Municipal Order authorizing and accepting Bid #2023-42 for housing administrative services from ICF Incorporated, LLC of Reston, Virginia based on hourly rates in an amount not to exceed $265,000 over a four year period 4. Municipal Order No. 2023 – 57 Municipal Order authorizing a contract through noncompetitive negotiations with Arnold Consulting Engineering Services, Inc. of Bowling Green, Kentucky for professional services for Bluegrass Farms Boulevard extension in the amount of $116,000 (Agenda-March 21, 2023) 5. Municipal Order No. 2023 – 58 Municipal Order approving an Amended Memorandum of Understanding for Community Tree Replacement Program Funding between the City of Bowling Green and Operation P.R.I.D.E., Inc. 6.
