Municipal Order No. 2023 – 163 Municipal Order approving and authorizing conveyance of property by Inter-Modal Transportation Authority, Inc. for the construction of turn lanes from US 68/KY 80 onto Fred Madison Road and the execution of the Partial Cancellation and Release of Ground Lease Agreement, Amended and Restated Ground Lease, Contract, Lease and Option, First Supplemental Contract, Lease and Option, and Second Supplemental Contract, Lease and Option 18. Ordinance No. BG2023 – 22 ORDINANCE AMENDING CODE OF ORDINANCES (First Reading – Non-Binding) Ordinance amending Chapter 25 (Code of Ethics) of the City of Bowling Green Code of Ordinances to amend Subchapter 25-9 related to use of City equipment 19. Ordinance No. BG2023 – 17 ORDINANCE REZONING REAL ESTATE (Second Reading – Binding) Ordinance rezoning tracts of land containing 14.36 acres from RS-1D (Single Family Residential) to RS-1C (Single Family Residential) and RM-4 (Multi-Family Residential) located at 0 Rodeo Lane and a portion of 0 Russellville Road presently owned by 2J2V, LLC 20.
