Municipal Order No. 2023 – 135 Municipal Order authorizing and accepting Bid #2023-51 for network switches from Trace3, LLC of Irvine, California in an amount not to exceed $80,205.52 3. Municipal Order No. 2023 – 136 Municipal Order authorizing and accepting the Duncan Hines Days partnership with SOKY Marketplace through a sole source in an amount not to exceed $65,000 4. Municipal Order No. 2023 – 146 Municipal Order authorizing the Inter-Modal Transportation Authority, Inc. to contract with Palmer Engineering for right- of-way acquisition of properties necessary for the Freeport Road improvement project on behalf of the City of Bowling Green and authorizing appropriate City officials to execute deeds, easements and other documents related to land acquisition necessary for the project 14. Ordinance No. BG2023 – 17 ORDINANCE REZONING REAL ESTATE (First Reading – Non-Binding) Ordinance rezoning tracts of land containing 14.36 acres from RS-1D (Single Family Residential) to RS-1C (Single Family Residential) and RM-4 (Multi-Family Residential) located at 0 Rodeo Lane and a portion of 0 Russellville Road presently owned by 2J2V, LLC 16. Ordinance No. BG2023 – 18 ORDINANCE REZONING REAL ESTATE (First Reading – Non-Binding) Ordinance rezoning a tract of land containing 1.645 acres from HI (Heavy Industrial) to HB (Highway Business) located at 0 Louisville Road presently owned by Scotty’s Development Company, LLC with AutoZone Development, LLC as the applicant 17.
