Ordinance No. BG2024 – 17 ORDINANCE RELATING TO PROPERTY TAX RATES (First Reading – Non-Binding) Ordinance setting 2024 property tax rates, franchise tax rates and improvement assessment rates, and setting forth guidelines for payment, penalty and interest 13. Ordinance No. BG2024 – 15 ORDINANCE ANNEXING RIGHT-OF-WAY BY (Second Reading – Binding) CONSENT Ordinance annexing a total of approximately 5.073 acres of right-of-way located along U.S. 68-80 (Glasgow Road) from the intersection of Sunnyside Gotts Road to Advantage Drive, with property presently owned by the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, with said territory being contiguous to existing City limits 2 (Agenda-August 20, 2024) 14.
