Ordinance No. BG2024 – 15 ORDINANCE ANNEXING RIGHT-OF-WAY BY (First Reading – Non-Binding) CONSENT Ordinance annexing a total of approximately 5.073 acres of right-of-way located along U.S. 68-80 (Glasgow Road) from the intersection of Sunnyside Gotts Road to Advantage Drive, with property presently owned by the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, with said territory being contiguous to existing City limits 28.
