Municipal Order No. 2025 – 28 Municipal Order approving the probationary appointment of Davonne Souza to the position of Communications Dispatcher I in the Police Department 2. Municipal Order No. 2025 – 29 Municipal Order authorizing a contract through noncompetitive negotiations with Magellan Healthcare, Inc. for professional services for an Employee Assistance Program in an amount not to exceed $64,630.44 3. Municipal Order No. 2025 – 30 Municipal Order authorizing and accepting a proposal from Sewell and Sewell Architects, PLLC related to a request for qualifications for engineering and design services for tornado safe rooms and community center, Bid #2025-26, in an amount not to exceed $207,500 4. Municipal Order No. 2025 – 31 Municipal Order authorizing the submission of an application to the U.S. Department of Transportation Better Utilizing Investments to Leverage Development (BUILD) Program funds in an amount up to $2,200,000 (Agenda-February 4, 2025) 5. Municipal Order No. 2025 – 33 Municipal Order authorizing an amendment to the City of Bowling Green, Kentucky Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for Fiscal Years 2024/2025 through 2027/2028 7. Resolution No. 2025 – 1 Resolution opposing any bills brought forth during the 2025 Kentucky General Assembly Session by any member of the Kentucky Legislature, in full or in part, that provide for the mandated centralized collection of local occupational fees or taxes by the Commonwealth of Kentucky or other third parties 8. Municipal Order No. 2025 – 34 Municipal Order approving and authorizing out-of-town travel expenses for Mayor Todd Alcott to attend the Kentucky League of Cities City Officials Academy in Lexington, Kentucky 9. Ordinance No. BG2025 – 1 ORDINANCE AMENDING CODE OF ORDINANCES (Second Reading – Binding) Ordinance amending Chapter 15 (Business and General Regulations) to add Subchapter 15-9 (Medicinal Cannabis Businesses) of the City of Bowling Green Code of Ordinances 10.
