Board of Commissioners Special Rezoning Hearing

SPECIAL MEETING of the BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS CITY OF BOWLING GREEN, KENTUCKY July 2, 2007, 4:00 p.m. I, Mayor Elaine N. Walker of the City of Bowling Green, Kentucky, pursuant to KRS 83A.150(4), do hereby call a special meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Bowling Green, Kentucky beginning at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, July 2, 2007 in the Commission Chamber of City Hall, 1001 College Street, for the purpose of a Public Hearing to consider the recommendation made by the City-County Planning Commission to rezone 11.2329 acres from RS-1A (Single Family Residential) and Floodplain to RS-1D (Single Family Residential) and Floodplain located on Cave Mill Road, 887.44 feet to Smallhouse Road as set out in Ordinance No. BG2007-25. The described property is presently owned by Lee and Joann Coleman. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL ORDINANCE NO. BG2007 - 25 ORDINANCE REZONING REAL ESTATE Ordinance rezoning a tract of land containing 11.2329 acres from RS-1A (Single Family Residential) and F (Floodplain) to RS-1D (Single Family Residential) and F with a general development plan located on Cave Mill Road, with binding elements, presently owned by Lee and Joann Coleman If the Board of Commissioners disapproves Ordinance No. BG2007 - 25, an ordinance denying the rezoning will be added to the agenda.
