MINUTES PARK BOARD ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING December 5, 2024 5:30 p.m. A Park Board Advisory Committee meeting was held at City Hall, 16 West Church St., Bowling Green, Missouri on Thursday, December 5 2024. at 5:30 p.m. Committee members present were President Christy Dempsey, Kayli Houseworth, Elizabeth O’Farrell, Heidi McCollum and Natalie Griggsby. Others present were Mayor Jim Arico, and City Clerk/Administrator Linda Luebrecht. Approve Previous Meeting Minutes Kayli made a motion to approve minutes from the previous meeting. Second by Natalie. Motion carried by unanimous vote. Coordinator Update Jennifer updated Park Board with everything that she has been doing Old Business 1. Discussion on Christmas event. 5pm choir, 5:30pm parade, Santa will be there, along with carriage rides 2. Discussion on Calendar of Events for 2025 – will be discussed at January meeting 3. Discuss bids for splash pad – Liz made a motion to take proposal from Oasis to the full board. Second by Heidi. Motion carried by unanimous vote. New Business None Miscellaneous and Visitor Adjourn Natalie made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Liz.
